MOQ depends on product type. For rhinestone trims and banding styles, MOQ is usually 50 yards for custom designs and 10 yards for selected in-stock styles. For custom hotfix transfer motifs, appliques and logo styles, MOQ is usually 100 pcs depending on size, material and production method.

Standard custom orders take 3-4 weeks after sample approval. Rush orders can be completed in about 2 weeks with additional charges, depending on material availability and order complexity.

We develop hotfix glue mesh transfer styles on polyester, nylon and spandex bases, with different motif sizes, border widths, color combinations and applique layouts for garment, abaya, saree, hijab, denim, bag, shoe and accessory production.

Yes. We provide samples for quality approval before bulk production. Sample cost is charged separately. For custom transfer motifs and appliques, the development fee can be deducted from qualifying bulk orders over 1,000 pcs. For rhinestone trim and banding orders, deduction terms are confirmed by yardage, material and style before production.

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and XTransfer. Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment after inspection confirmation.

Glue Mesh Hotfix uses pointed-back stones fixed onto a continuous adhesive backing and usually creates stronger bonding after heat pressing. Flatback Hotfix uses flatback stones with individual heat-activated glue, making it more flexible for hollow logos, letters, scattered effects and detailed open-space layouts.

Samples are usually ready in 2-3 days. Bulk production takes about 30 days, depending on order quantity and design complexity.

We accept PayPal for samples and small orders, and bank transfer (T/T) via WorldFirst. For bulk orders, production starts after a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment after inspection.

We ship worldwide to destinations reachable from China. Orders usually go by sea freight, LCL or consolidated cargo through a freight forwarder; you can also use your own forwarder or trading company.

Yes. You do not need finished design files. Send a product photo, reference image or logo, and we develop the hotfix rhinestone design. We support private-label and custom-logo styles with low MOQ.

Hotfix rhinestones use heat-activated glue and hold up well to normal wear and washing when correctly heat-pressed. For best durability, use gentle or cold wash, turn the garment inside out, and avoid harsh scrubbing or high-heat tumble drying.
